Thrilled to have my saxophone music performed at the Chicago State University by Prof. Athanasios Zervas!  The premiere of my work for string quartet, The Maze, by the Louisiana Sinfonietta String Quartet and conducted by Liz Knox as part of the Composers Forum concert on Sept. 25, 2018, at LSU School of Music Recital Hall!  It was a great concert by the brilliant guest pianist Nathan Carterette on September 6, 2018, at LSU School of Music! First part featured the performance of my work for solo piano, The Midnight, along with fantastic works by my LSU colleagues Liz Knox and Austin Franklin and Theme and Variations for Piano, LRC 001, by Prof. Dinos Constantinides! Second part featured all Goldberg variations by J. S. Bach, all from memory! Amazing! Many thanks for presenting such a poetic and prestigious performance in our school, dear Nathan! Looking forward to future collaborations!  |
